Orders are generally processed within 24–48 hours of receipt.
- India: Delivery within 5–7 business days
- International: Delivery within 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to location, customs clearance, or unforeseen logistical delays.

The applicable shipping fee will be clearly displayed in your cart before you proceed to payment.

For International Customers
Order Handling & Shipping
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of being placed.
- International shipments are dispatched via DHL Express, FedEx, or the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Transit Time
- Average transit time from India to international destinations is 5–7 business days.
- Local import duties, customs taxes, or levies (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Ayuuveda. Such charges are rare but possible.
Delivery Attempts & Customs
- If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may leave a notice for re-delivery or pickup.
- If the shipment is not claimed within the specified time or if the delivery address is incorrect, the package may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping can be arranged, subject to additional shipping and handling charges.
- Delays caused by customs clearance are beyond Ayuuveda’s control. In rare situations, delivery may take 10–15 business days.
- If the order is not delivered within this extended timeframe, we will assist in re-shipping the order where applicable.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in India to the delivery address provided by the customer at checkout.
