Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

At Ayuuveda, we strive to make your online shopping experience simple and stress-free. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused and unopened products within 30 days from the invoice date, subject to the terms outlined below. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For International Customers:

• Customers are responsible for checking their country’s import rules, duties, and taxes before placing an order.
• In some countries, 4–5% taxes may be charged at the time of delivery.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, especially if:

1. The order is rejected or returned by customs
2. Delivery fails and the shipment is returned

• Other costs will be refunded except:

1. Shipping charges
2. Customs duty
3. Handling charges of USD $10 or 10% (whichever is higher) of the returned product value

• If customs seize the shipment and it is not returned to us, no refund will be possible.
• Refunds for international orders are processed within 5–7 working days after successful return.

For Indian Customers:

• Refunds are applicable only if products are returned within 30 days from the invoice date and in good, saleable condition.
• A deduction of ₹150 or 10% (whichever is higher) of the returned product value will be applied.
• No refund will be issued if:

1. Products are damaged
2. Products are not in resale condition
3. Delivery fails and the package is returned

• In such cases, products may be re-shipped at a nominal courier charge.

Order Cancellation Policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of order placement or before dispatch, whichever occurs first.
• Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled except in the case of a verified quality issue.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued through the original payment method and credited within 5–7 working days.

Food Items:

Due to extended shipping durations and varying weather conditions, Ayuuveda does not guarantee the quality of food items delivered internationally. Therefore, food products are non-returnable for international orders.
